Orto Parisi is Alessandro Gualtieri's second house and takes his method to the extreme: very high concentrations built around the smell of the body, with names taken from parts of the anatomy. Terroni and Stercus are the best known.
History
Gualtieri founded Orto Parisi in 2015, eight years after Nasomatto, on an explicit idea: perfume as an extension of body odour, not a cover for it. The name refers to the vegetable garden — orto — and the bottles are glass heads. The concentrations are among the highest on the market and the projection is immoderate. Stercus, with its animalic and resinous accord, and Terroni, earthy and green, are the ones that define the house.
