Marc-Antoine Barrois is a couture tailor before he is a perfumer, and his house has only a handful of references, all composed with Quentin Bisch. B683 and Ganymede are among the most praised perfumes of the last decade.

History

Barrois trained in tailoring in Paris and set up his bespoke house before entering perfume. In 2016 he launched B683 — the name comes from the asteroid B612 in The Little Prince, shifted — composed with Quentin Bisch: leather, wood and a density critics received very well. In 2019 came Ganymede, a woody of mandarin, violet and suede that became a phenomenon and sold out repeatedly. The catalogue is still tiny on purpose: five or six references, none of them filler.
